TERMS OF SERVICE AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
For Metaphysical and Energy Healing Services

Introduction
By engaging in the metaphysical and energy healing services (the “Services”) provided by Holly Moberly/Following The Light, LLC (“Practitioner”), you, the Client, agree to the following Terms of Service and Release of Liability. These Services may include but are not limited to, energy healing (such as Reiki, chakra balancing, and aura cleansing), spiritual counseling, intuitive readings, tarot/oracle card readings, and other related practices. The Practitioner reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without notice.
For Entertainment Purposes Only
All Services provided are for entertainment, personal growth, and spiritual exploration. The Services are based on spiritual and metaphysical practices that may or may not align with the Client's personal beliefs. The Practitioner makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, effectiveness, or outcome of the Services. These Services should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, or legal advice.
No Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice
The Practitioner is not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, or attorney, and the Services offered are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or condition. The Services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Clients experiencing health or mental health issues should seek advice from a licensed healthcare provider. Any recommendations or advice given during a session are intended to support the Client's well-being and personal growth, but the Client acknowledges it is their responsibility to seek appropriate professional help where needed.
Voluntary Participation
The Client understands that their participation in the Services is entirely voluntary and they may choose to stop at any time. The Client is responsible for their own well-being during the session and after, and they are free to decline any suggestions made during the session.
Assumption of Risk
The Client acknowledges that metaphysical and energy healing practices are alternative modalities and may involve subjective interpretations. The Client assumes all risks associated with the Services, including any emotional, physical, or psychological effects experienced during or after the session.
Release of Liability
The Client agrees to release, waive, and discharge the Practitioner from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s participation in the Services. This release includes but is not limited to, any physical, emotional, or psychological effects, whether perceived as positive or negative, resulting from the Services provided. The Client accepts full responsibility for their own decisions and actions made as a result of the Services.
Confidentiality
The Practitioner agrees to maintain confidentiality of all personal information shared during the Services unless disclosure is required by law. The Client also acknowledges that the Practitioner cannot guarantee complete confidentiality in cases where legal obligations exist (e.g., situations involving harm to self or others).
Marketing and Communications Consent
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, the Client consents to receive marketing and promotional emails from the Practitioner. The Client may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email. The Client’s personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
The Client agrees to pay for the Services in accordance with the fees listed at the time of booking. Payment must be made prior to or at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon. The Client agrees to adhere to the cancellation policy set by the Practitioner, which may require notice 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Acknowledgment
By scheduling and participating in the Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and Release of Liability. The Client confirms that they are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to participate in the Services.
