*Total daily rates are based on a 24 hour time period. Rates apply if the end time on the final day of the stay is no more than 2 hours later than the start time on the first day.
Puppy rate applies to any dog under 1 year old or older non-potty trained dogs and cats.
Holiday rate is added on to each day of the stay that overlaps a holiday listed below.
2-8 additional hours: +50% of the daily rate.
8+ additional hours: +100% of the daily rate.

Pet Policies
Initial Booking:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the start date of the pet service.
Reservations will be confirmed and held upon initial deposit. All funds will be kept in a deposit account until the pet sit starts.
Cancellation Policy:
7+ Days before service start date: 100% refund
3 - 6 Days prior: 80% refund
0 - 2 Days prior: 50% refund
*3rd party service fees will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
